wish to express my sincere appreciation
to you and your team in relation to our
recent implementation of Optemizer, with
particular mention to Andy and Joel.
Andy
has gone above and beyond to provide us
with not only a program that suits all
of our business requirements, but also
has taken the time to assist us in
selecting the best in hardware to cope
with our very busy trade custom. Andy
has also contacted us on numerous
occasions, since our installation, to
ensure entirely happy with the selection
we have made, a service which is almost
unheard of these days.
It
has been a pleasure to have had Joel
carry out our installation. We had
absolute minimum disturbance to our
ordinary trading as all measures were
taken to thoroughly test our existing
data prior to conversion and
installation. Joel's efficiency and
outstanding problem solving skills are
to be commended.
I
am very pleased to report that my staff
members have found Optemizer to be an
exciting and easy to use, new addition
to our team. It has been much of a
benefit to our accounts operations by
reducing the time taken for data entry
and provided us with much more time to
focus on more important areas of our
business.
I
would also like to mention that
overwhelming willingness by both Joel
and Andy to assist us in further
developing a more streamlined approach
to enhance our operations, here at
